We have used the sink only maybe a total of ten days (in our country home). The small piece on the backside of the neck of the faucet just blew off this weekend - the plumber said that the whole thing needs to be replaced!! Can we return for a new one? This must have been faulty to begin with. It was installed properly by a certified plumber.
