And one from the side... :D I had it on an almost eye level shelf, and it was bugging me with how gangly it looked. so I put it beside my sink so I could enjoy it! :D

Su, I see you have it wicked. I've read up on how to do this and would like to try it. I have a lot of white cotton crochet thread (the kind you make pretty doilies with). Is this thread too heavy?

I think they say to use a synthetic material, that cotton doesn't work. I'm not sure why tho... Maybe it doesn't wick as well? I use the masons twine, and I separate the three strands and use just one per plant.

If it is cotton and not a blend, it will literally rot. Rosie

Okay, thanks Su and Rosie. I also have lots of regular yarn. I didn't think about the cotton rotting.

I still haven't been able to come close to an id for this one. I can't find any violet pictures even remotely similar which is puzzling to me!

This plant decided to throw me for a loop. check out the color of the new blooms coming in! Pure white!
