This is the best I can do....I am not at the property. There will be stone along skirt (taupe/gray tones). The door area is behind the worker in red shirt. It is under roof on a small deck. It is turned sideways and will have a stone post on edge. Hope this helps and thank you for the quick reply!

I like the idea of Red for a pop-red with a bit of cranberry in it- Sherwin williams Red bay or for more true red-red obsession SW7590. I love orange with gray-look at sw6893 kid's stuff. Good luck!

Hmmmmm. I was getting close to decision of using DINNER PARTY (Benjamin Moore AF300. It's a dark red tone. I worry that it is a dark, shaded entry. Since we go sometimes a week without getting there, potted plants are hard to maintain. A crave color up there, especially in winter and fall.

Also, I see differing opinions on painting sidelight. I was leaning toward painting just the door. Leaving the sidelight white.

A red door would look nice. This house that has the same planks as yours, has a red door,,,they said the color is BM Heritage Red..it looks darker than that, but it might be the lighting

In this case I would do same as door

The black would be so super sharp with your black roof!

But I understand...but with a single sidelight it will look awkward leaving it white..if sidelights on both sides you can keep it all white and red door...but in your case I would paint it all red.

Paint the sidelights the door color…because it “expands” the look of the entry.

Thank you to all who responded too my dilemma question back in April. It's been a busy two months. Here's some photos of our "almost complete" project. Next onto interiors! I decided on BM Cottage Red and LOVE IT. A few more touches to be added. Again, thank you!
