My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Yes, the floors are cast-in-place concrete, with a clear acrylic sealer.

      The sink and countertop are custom fabricated out of solid surface, ie..corian.

      How can we fix our concrete floors? It was supposed to be trowelled smooth. It wasn't. Would it look funny to have some salt and pepper areas and some cream?
