My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the ceiling and the Travertine Pavers

Can you tell me more about the ceiling, real wood or composite, manufacturer, installation ?

What color are the pavers?

    Thank you for the question! The builder Marazul Building Company used 3/8" thick chiseled edge travertine in Ivory color installed in a french pattern. The ceiling is stained Pecky Cypress tongue-n-groove with a matching bed molding at the perimeter. We framed the ceiling down (concrete slab above) with 2x4 borate treated studs and then blind nailed the T&G boards.
