What color would you like to use as an accent? The bedding is neutral enough but the pillows don't quite work together. Can they go back or is there just one you'd like to keep for sure and work from there?

The duvet cover looks very nice and is obviously good quality. I think everything else is too small - the night stands, lamps pillows should be much bigger. You seem to have a nice large room. I would start with a head board to anchor the bed, then add some night tables. They don't have to match, just coordinate. Depending on how many pillows you like, you could have from 3-7 pillows. Put the larger ones (Euro shams) against the headboard and arrange the smaller ones in front. Pick colors and patterns that coordinate and make you happy. Here are some images to give you some ideas. You need a headboard. Beds are not going to look nice without something there ... it will look like you're in college no matter what else you try to do. Those pillows do not go together, you need to get rid of those and start over. You need to LAYER. Fold that duvet back twice to the foot of the bed. Get a beautiful blanket to add with the sheets. You need two over sized sham pillows and then TEXTURED throw pillows. Stick with neutral colors. You need two larger matching night stands with matching lamps. And then a nice piece of art over the bead. Then I would put down a large area rug under half of the bed, sticking out at the foot with something at the foot of the bed like a long bench.
