I love Kiwis:). I have them sprinkled around my yard. I like their growth pattern. They don't get huge and have the prettiest colors. There's a batch that's lookin real good in my front yard. It's too dark now, but tomorrow I will take a pic:).

I may have to try another Kiwi. My first attempt was a failure. I didn't know enough about Aeoniums and I potted in 50/50 perlite/cactus soil (which I now know doesn't work for me). It was too hot, the soil didn't dry out in the humid rainy summer and the poor thing's leaves turned black and dropped off. I was surprised that the roots were still good. It died a slow death.

I'm a little smarter now. I bring Aeoniums inside early in June.

Thanx Crenda. I know they hate hot, dry weather, so Nevada summers are a trial for them, good to know that it's the heat. Maybe I'll keep them in the fridge this summer.

You can't have too many kiwis! They are so cheerful. (My neighbor has one in full sun. It's very yellow.)

Last summer I did not know that they don't like the hot dry weather. I had them in full sun and wondered why they were pouting. It's a wonder they lived. I'm learning.
