i would paint the house using a more modern palette. the yellow and brown is very 70s. we had that for our townhouse and ended up going with a light cream/dark taupe combo. maybe a light cream with a taupe/sagegreen could even work?

So you have a ranch home with some Spanish accents. You can just go back to a ranch style and 86 the arches and wrought iron or keep them and build on them.

The landscaping is tired and old and the less grass you end up with the better.

I might take the home in this direction.............more Mediterranean and less Spanish. Like this cream white color for the exterior. I would change out your arched windows to bigger casements or even fixed French doors. I like this soft green/taupe shutter color.
