My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello. Thanks for your inquiry. This is a fully custom piece designed by MODtage design in collaboration with the Architect, Hansell Design. It was built for the space by the Contractor, Jeff King & Co. It's a fabulous space that includes the projection screen and a large flat screen TV for the entire family to enjoy. Thanks again.
