White. You have a lot going on in that bathroom.

I vote for white, because you can wash the towels in hot water and get them white and clean. With colors you risk fading. All my towels are white now and I will never go back to colored towels. You can add color in other ways, if you need more color dimension.

Lots of people like white, but I don't - it shows dirt and stains especially makeup stains. I'd do a brown to complement the cabinet and choose a contrasting color that you like, in the same intensity as the green counter. Your bathroom sounds lovely. I'd love to see pics

I took a piece of tile to Bed, Bath & Beyond and found towels that look great with it.

I would introduce a pop of color - probably a yellow and a green.

White or a light pastel, dark or bright towels look faded really fast.
