We just moved into a house and are trying to ID some of the plants that are there.

This guy is about 3f x 2ft, bush-like and planted in blazing socal sun with little irrigation and remains this bright green color with tiny pale pink flowers. The leaves have a soft, delicate feel to them, not sharp or tough. Most of the other plants around it have been ID'd as drought-tolerant plants from Australia, S. Africa, etc.

I should have gotten a pic of the whole plant, but can anyone tell what this is?
