What is the least expensive window treatment for this style window that will block light? Seems every blind (even room darkening) allows light through the sides.

There are privacy tracks you can add to shades but it takes away from the beauty of the windows. There will always be some light peaking through the sides. You could add simple drapery panels to cover the edges of the shades.
