What style would you call this house? And what color should i repaint it?

Some say its georgian.. But i would like to see a more specific description. It has the stucco trim features that make it diferent from traditionalfeorgian homes. Also i am thinking about repainting the entire house but don't know what color. Maybe white or slightly off white? I hate beige and the house accross the street is a tan tuscan style home so i cant go for that look

A soft butter yellow and stain all those concrete steps charcoal.

White with brown trip, always a classic!

1980's eclectic --Georgian symmetry and door with stucco which is more Mediterranean. A very light buttercream with ivory or white columns, then a a fun bright color on the door. The light fixtures can be spray black or a bronze. The hammered metal finishes are nearly foolproof. Black would look good with wrought iron accessories like the fence in the above picture.
