Exterior paint help

I am getting the exterior of my house painted and would like to paint the brick. I have a very large roof which is much lighter than the pictures shows. It will be cleaned. I have thought of painting all house/brick gauntlet gray, adding pure white trim, and keeping shutters and door black. Will this be too dark? Any suggestions for a light color that would go with this style house?
