Can you tell me what the floors are made of? Oak? Looks like wider planks? Is it red oak? I love the color of it as it's not too yellow but more the brown tones. Does it have a stain on it? Thanks! Tammy

This is 4" Select and Better Red Oak that has been stained with Minwax "English Chestnut"

Tammy Choate-Lovely the grain pattern is called Plain or Flat Sawn. Its a very pretty floor.
