Red cordyline australis is getting yellow spots

I have a few of these red cordyline australis in my yard and they have been getting these yellow spots on them. New leaves continue to grow. I am in coastal Los Angeles (Santa Monica) so the climate is pretty mild - 50 deg F to 80 deg F.
Trying to determine what is causing and what to do about it.
