Bev, it's time for walleyes here in Minnesota. Sharon, he already has pillowcases for various occasions - a Hawaiian one, a camo one, a north woods one, an orange one for deer hunting. Theresa, I was going to use two layers of the fish fabric, but then I decided I might want to make several for gifts, so I used some faded beige that I couldn't use for anything else for the backing. Donna, there are times when I would send him gladly, as I'm sure every wife feels. Bossyvossy, most of the aprons we have are of a quite substantial fabric and even two layers seemed like not enough. I ordered some of the Ultra Thin Thermore to use. I like that batting for table runners, etc. Maybe i just wanted an excuse to make another quilt. He liked the idea too.
