My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I love this wall color too. I happened to be looking through Candice Olson's 60 favorite Benjamin Moore paint colors, and one of them, Nimbus Gray, looks very much like this. Here is the link to it for anybody interested. And I found from actual experience that Lowes will color match any of BM's paints if you give them the color. I had Lowes make me some of BM's dove white and it is beautiful and more than half the price Good luck! :) http://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/paint-color/nimbusgray

      Hardwood floors are Brazilian cherry with a custom, dark stain.
