My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The artist's name is Patricia Qualls and she is based in Carmel, California. This is a large piece, 42"w x 60h, and was commissioned for this location.

    The walls in this home are colored plaster, not paint, so there is a subtie mottled effect.
