Re-pot size and soil mix?

I bought 2 lemon trees; 1 Meyer Lemon and 1 Eureka Pink Variegated Lemon. I want to re-pot them and I would like to know exactly what to do since I am new to citrus growing. They are indoors for 1/2 the year and are each in a 10" diameter growers pot. Any help/advise would be most appreciated.

Pictures would help; but missing that it is best to pot them up to only a little larger pot; then you will get new growth in a cupla weeks. If you put them in a notably larger pot, you might not get new growth for some months.
