Thanks for your inquiry. This comforter cover is made of 100% cotton with 100% Australian wool filled inside. It is specifically designed for cold weather. The fill was carefully sealed inside, your skin will only have direct contact with the cotton cover. However, if you are allergic to animal furs, I would not recommend this product.
