All your door hardware should be the same color throughout the home, but you can do diff metals in diff rooms. Just an example flat black in the powder bath, brushed nickel in the kitchen and something else in the master bath. In the kitchen and your faucet fixture can be one color and your cabinet knobs/pulls can be another color. YES on the lighting w/the brushed nickel. Very pretty! Hope that helps. This is a struggle for a lot my clients so I get it :-)

Is the metal on the chandeliers black? I am wanting to put black pendants with my silver drawer hardware. All our doors have black hardware.
