Need Matching 6x24 and either 12x24 or 16x24 Slate Tiles

I am trying to find matching versions of a 6x24 slate tile and either a 12x24 or a 16x24 slate tile - the smaller ones are going to be laid on a herringbone pattern in a sunroom, and the larger ones on brick pattern in a kitchen within eye shot of each other. I see the term "black montauk" slate used everywhere, but the pictures vary widely from what actually looks black, to much much more blue. Really hard to see what will match and what won't - do you have matching tiles in the differing sizes? Or any advice on why some "black montauk" shows as black and some as much more blue?

    Hello Josh,

Montauk is a natural stone and as everyone says - Natural stone color will vary and so on.....

More than black, Montauk has tones of Gray. This slate has the least amount of variation when compared to other slates. So you may be in luck when you want to match this. However pictures will surely vary based on the lighting / screen resolution or maybe tiles were treated with a color enhancer sealer to make it look darker. Various reasons.

Our recommendation - It will be difficult to find an exact match however the base color will be the same if you order all these in one shot.

Awesome! Do you have Montauk in both the 6x24 and then one of the larger sizes?
