2. Next, I purchased the hardware - about $75 including over 100 feet of steel guide wire.

3. Next, I hung the guide wire. Just a couple of hours work.

4. When the lights arrived, I first tested them and strung them to the guide wires using small zip ties.

5. Our electrician installed a GFCI outlet under the garage soffit and then tied it into an electrical switch.

We purchased two 48' strings of Enbrighten LED lights. They are not dimmable but are commercial grade and ideal for year round use.
