My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A vacant lot is a rare thing in our town, an older northwest suburb of Chicago.

The barrelled ceiling feature on the front porch is continued in the interior hallway to the kitchen.

      The LP smartside color is called Grenadier Pond by Benjamin Moore. The shingles on the gables were a factory color I believe from Hardie, so they arrived pre-painted. Sorry I dont know the color. The trim was Sherwin Williams, either Alabaster (SW7008) or White Duck (SW7010). We used both and I cannot remember which is which. They are both similar whites.
