In Richmond, California, I have had work done to remove wood rot on two sides east and south) of my home. The project included installation of new 'casement' windows to meet code requirements and replacement of a French door leading outside to a back yard deck and installation of a new beam to shore up the underside of the deck near the house. More work needs to be done but I cannot afford to continue right now!
