My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this your house? SOO beautiful! Can ask who the architect and builder was?

So sorry! I just saw this! Our architect was Jeff Smith with Aude Smith in Dunedin. Our builder is the most wonderful husband/wife team (Dominic and Laura Scarpinato) at Sterling Ridge Builders in Tampa. And thank you so much!!
