Master Bedroom Remodel!!

Just purchased this home and am looking to redesign the master bedroom.
The room is 13' x 13' and has a double closet on the left and a small master bath off to the right. I am thinking I will remove the carpet and add blinds to the windows but outside of that I am trying to get a more contemporary feel to the room.
