Please Help Diagnose Persimmon Trees

Hi,

tl;dr I received infected persimmon trees,
please look at photos below and help diagnose.

I ordered some persimmons from PlantMeGreen. The fuyu had leaf curl/galls on
every leaf. The saijo and ichikikei
didn’t, but were discolored and wilted
(possibly from being in transit for a week) and the tips on a lot were rotting.

I sent emails asking for help, and searched online but didn't find much. (They look
similar to these, so maybe mites? http://forums.gardenweb.com/discussions/3889963/help-my-grafted-persimmon-tree-what-is-this)
I was reluctant to plant the trees in case they had some disease yet unknown to
the PNW. But my emails were ignored and the leaves were getting worse and falling off, so I sprayed the trees with
insecticide and fungicide, and planted them.

The infection does not
seem to have spread, but the leaves continue to fall off, and are nearly gone.
Does anyone recognize the symptoms? Is this psylla, mites, fungus,
shipping stress, all the above? If they survive, I’d like to know so I
can keep an eye out for early symptoms next time.

Thank you!

(I'm having difficulty including photos, so I'll try attaching them below.)
