Sorry, but New Jersey again:

I think it may have mirrored vertical blinds on the window too.

I like this one and love the shadowing on the ceiling. It is not trying to be Versailles and it seems suited for the year of the house which I am guessing is a late 60s or 70s build.

    I also thought of Versailles!

Move the table, roll up the rug and host a dance competition.

I can't make myself dig any of it. I'm a rug fiend, but I have no love whatsoever for this one. Those chairs with that table? Noooooooooo. I think it's furnished with Craigslist rejects. ;-)

Lol! There is some good stuff in there. I'll have to look back several times for a second or two a hit. Something weird happens behind my eyes, like a rubber band stretching. I think I now have permanent eyeliner as well, There is something about these NJ homes that makes my hair big too. It's freaky I tell ya.

I didn't even pay attention to the furniture, I was just looking at the mirrors.

I have a picture of a mirrored bathroom and there are solid shutters that close over the windows that are mirrored, too. I almost guarantee those are "chrome" vertical blinds on the window to fill in that void at night.

Looks like a bottle of Tanqueray on the buffet...the one liquor that is more like a drug. Can you imagine what it would be like to sit in that room of mirrors after a few martini's? That one light is already doing six reflections.

Oh my! Perhaps this makes the homeowners feel like they have more friends than they really do? It makes me think of the Mirrored Room exhibit at the Albright Knox Art Gallery. It's a great art piece, but this room, no.

It's helful to see the table, since it looks exactly like ours, and behold, it has casters! Saypoint suggested we put casters on our table to combat how low it feels; now I wonder if it originally had them.

Room No. 2 (Mirrored Room at Albright Knox)

It appears to be sconces on the sides of the sliding glass door that are rebounding with the chandelier around the room. It's like a visual echo chamber! The furniture does not go together with the walls, or each other. The worst part, for me, is the effect of the vertical framing between the mirrors.

    Oh a fun house

Those are sconces? Sheesh I wouldn't even need that bottle of Tangueray to get meshed up in that room.

Replace that light fixture with a disco ball and throw on some ABBA and I'm coming over for a party.

Pipdog, I'm in! Just need to get a perm and add a little extra padding on the shoulders,

P.S Please do not invite the guy with the mullet.

I felt vertigo coming on after just a few moments. You probably have to be a lot younger to not stagger around in that room.

I have a mirrored buffet on one side of my dining room. Both my dad and SO have told me they don't like sitting across from it and always seeing themselves in the mirror. I can only imagine how they would react to this room. Reminds my of a dance studio, where I spent a lot of my youth so I guess I got immune to watching myself all the time from that experience. I still don't really like to do it though.
