My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lighting help

I am needing lighting help for this kitchen nook. The island in the kitchen has the visual comfort darlana in a polished nickel. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

    The nook feels super airy and light, so I'd just stick with
    nickel and find something that goes generally with the feel of the
    space. Because of the separation, you don't have to worry about a close
    match.

    Here's one that echoes the lantern structure while taking it in a softer direction:
