My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This dining room pendant is made by Hubbardton Forge and is called "Draped Loop" - Product #133155. It is 38"w x 13.5"d and has (2) A19 lamps, 150w maximum. This fixture comes in (6) metal finishes and (1) glass finish (opal). Here is the link:

    The barrel-shaped range hood in the kitchen was custom designed and made by a local metalworks company.
