Hi! Choosing a color for something that you will live with for a while is not easy! The good news is that you have two that you seem to like equally. We always suggest you see larger samples of the full slabs and pictures of previous installations. This may help swing you one way or the other.

The Ibiza reminds me of natural stone called Carrrara and the Olympia of another called Oriental White. Seeing images of the natural products may help you also.

Sorry for the delay. Here are some pics. Against the white cabinets the ibiza looks somewhat to have a gray tone but I actually like that contrast.

We are also considering either the Ibiza or Olympia as well (and are doing white-ish cabinets with a gray island). Love the look of yours--do you know what color gray you used for the island cabinets?

Sorry I'm late in replying-- my notifications weren't coming through. The gray island color is stone, and the cabinet brand is Waypoint, if that matters. Our white cabinets are linen.
