Holiday Kitchens Feedback 2017?

Hi, I am new to this site and have become a fan. That said, I need help selecting a cabinetry line for a kitchen reno in a small 1948 house in a modest neighborhood.

Our kitchen needs the flooring leveled, then new floors, replacing one window, adding a new window, then putting in new cabinets along with all new appliances. We are going with Bosch.

I would like white painted shaker-style cabinets with just a little more detail. Quality is important. I have been living with (and in spite of) the original kitchen for 22-years and I'm only doing this once. We have looked at Wood-mode's Brookhaven, Rutt's Regency line and a few others- the quality is outstanding (although I can't wrap my head around Brookhaven's "furniture grade" particle board at their price point.) But these lines will most likely break the bank.

Holiday Kitchens was recommended to us (no, I know it's not in the same league as the aforementioned lines) but we want "affordable quality" with a nice aesthetic. Does anyone have any recent experience with Holiday Kitchens and/or other cabinetry lines I should look at? Thanks in advance.
