Brown spots on tillandsia

Hello,
I am novice and have noticed brown spots on some of my tillandsia.
I have used Tilly fertiliser once, they get a dunk once a week and occasional misting.

Does anyone have experience of this? I'm hoping I may just need to alter my care schedule, but also worried this could be something similar to black spot?

Maybe mist them more frequently (daily or once per 2 days now) and don't dunk them. Especially bulb types like your T. caput-medusae dislike getting water inside the bulb. Proper misting with plant oriented upside down is much better method of watering.
And after watering they should be placed at dry and bright spot with fresh air, so they get completely dry soon.
