So do you mean how the panel can pass between the wall and tv mounted to that wall? Is that the problem?

I just want it on the back wall but to cover the entire thing.That is what I mean.

You would need to get a specialty curtain rod for corners which would allow you to keep a finial if that needs to be a consideration.

So you don't want to draw the panel? you want the panel to stay stationary? if that's the case go buy a rod and skip the finial in the corner. the rod will dive in to the corner.

You'll need a long rod with a center support bracket. Back tab curtains will let you hide the brackets. No finials will let you push it all the way to the corner as suggested.
