Croton - broken leaf help

I have a healthycroton plant here...one of the leafs has cracked due to unexpected wind while I was away at work...I imagine the leaf will not heal itself back together. should I remove the leaf entirely? Can I propogation this branch? Help! Not sure what to do for my baby
