Hi and thanks for your interest. There is a white wash of paint on the White Oak floor with a matte lacquer varnish finish. Make sure to try some samples first because each floor is a little different. Best of luck.

What material and color is the countertop?

The countertop is great. It is 1-1/4" thick Caesarstone and the color is Raw Concrete 4004. Best of luck with your project!

Hi! Love the stacked backsplash. Can you tell me who makes this tile?

Would love any suggestion you have on Engineered Wood Floor that would be a similar look. Just beautiful.

Hope that is not a pull out spice rack next to the stove, as the negatives of having spices stored next to a

heat generating appliance really outweighs the convenience of having them close while cooking. Salt is ok stored that close to the stove, oils and spices are not.

It is just like generic condo and townhouse kitchens with wine racks above a fridge. Put a cabinet or open shelves up there because anybody who knows anything about wine knows you do not store it in a warm spot and refrigerators also generate heat. Little things like spice racks and wine racks mounted in the wrong place tells anyone who actually knows how to use a kitchen if someone is a general generic designer or if they actually know kitchens. Restaurant kitchens are an exception, but they use the wines they cook with and their herbs and spices in much larger quantities than a home chef, so having the open jars and bottles at the ready is not as much of a mortal sin, but even their unopened jars that they have in the back to replenish what is close to the chef, is not kept next to or above hot appliances.

Hi, I love the color of the cabinets. Can you share the brand and the color name? Will be very helpful as I am remodeling my home and trying to finalize the color. Thanks in advance.
