Don't put t.v. over fireplace, nor a mirror. Put art there.

You could pull sofa away from window more aligning it where fireplace right side begins. Keep t.v. where you have it, but get a more substantial media center under it for storage, and take that sofa table to use near window. Put two lamps on it for ambient lighting.

Do you need bookcases? Do you need storage?

Your rug is absolutely GORGEOUS. I agree with the idea of a large piece of artwork, perhaps a blue abstract?

I would do tall book cases on both sides to keep breakable items at the top! Art above the fire place with some tall candles off to the side!
Art should match the area rug! Pull out the reds:-) under the Tv I would add a Medium cabinet to store movies and items out of reach ! Two smaller chairs next to it

Forgot to add !!! Add several red pillows/ blue and neutrals pillows to the sectional and move the sofa table table behind the section:)
