I ordered a barn door and hardware, was told they had an approx 4 week production time. 6-7 weeks went by and their customer service dept won't even tell me when my door will be done. I told them i wanted to cancel my order and they said they charge a 20% return fee. People were very rude every time I called and not at all friendly or accommodating. Wish i would have ordered from one of the many other places that can create the same products with less hassle.
