My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is on a sensor that starts the waterfall/faucet when someone enters the room, and shuts itself off when motion is no longer detected. The sensor is used for entertaining but for every day use there is also a wall switch for the homeowners to use.
