What color subway tile? Gray or white?
Are smaller tiles okay so we can use the sheets of tiles on mesh for easier installation? Or standard size better?
Are both plain and beveled subway tiles good for appealing to buyers in the next few years?

Silestone Lagoon countertops, white dove cabinets, revere pewter walls. (The white strip above the counter is old paint from where the previous counter splash was removed). We would like to do subway tile and are on a budget for it. (I know the appliances need to be updated.)
