Room Dimensions?

Just wondering what the dimensions of the pool room and the home theatre are? We have a similar room in our house plan and I'm just worried we don't have the room for something like this.

Hi and thanks for the question! The dimensions of the pool area are: 17'-8" (corner of the closet you see on the left to the stone wall) by 15'-11" (bar to the wall on the right).

The media area dimensions are: 13'-7" (side to side) by 14'-11" (front to back, including bar seating).
