My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's a Bloodgood Japanese Maple, Acer palmatum var. atropurpureum 'Bloodgood'

      What type of hedge is that. Is it lower maintenance than laurel?

      It seems to be an Arborvitae hedge... still requires regular pruning to keep this type of shape.

      I have a neighbors wall that is 9 foot high and 50 feet long. I want to run something similar to this style of hedge. I'm in Baton Rouge, LA. Any recommendations? Cost?

      Hi fatsy, so sorry, but I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending a hedge plant for that application (in your part of the country). My best advice would be to stop-by or call a plant nursery close to your home and try to get someone knowledgable on the phone. They will have the best information on what plant to recommend for that area, and whether or not they have the plant in stock. Good Luck!

      You did an incredible job! your detail in the work is immaculate, Im not sure if you would be able to answer this question but is there anywhere way I can find plans on how to build a canopy like that
