Wall color paint

Is the same color wall paint used throughout the home; kitchen, family room?
Also the kitchen island granite name. Are the other counter tops quartz?
Name of stove backsplash tile. Lots to like in this kitchen, thanks

the main color on the walls is Sherwin-Williams pussy-willow. there are slight variations in the wall colors but that is the main theme. Cannot remember what a couple of the colors were. the granite on the kitchen island is called Fusion. the perimeter granite is called bronzite. hope this helps.
