My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Electrical service

Love that you had the electrical service buried. Can you tell me what was involved in this? Arranged through Pepco? Rough cost of this? We just finished a renovation in DC (Chevy Chase) and the electrical service is a lingering eyesore.

    We actually did not have the electrical service buried, but we did move it from the front of the house to the side of the new addition. Yes, arranged through PEPCO involving initial service application, site meeting with PEPCO engineer, and persistent follow-up.
