are you expecting the leaves to heal and now look perfect??? ...

never treat a plant.. until you can ID the problem.. if for no other reason .. so you know when its gone ....

green pellets ... are usually caterpillar droppings ... but you ought to be able to find them.. if you can see it.. then you ought to know how big a bug it came out of.. if you get my drift ... ...

not quite sure i would use a fungicide on plants i planned on eating ....

i would get the lemon away .. and i would consider just getting rid of the batch.. and starting over.. it might be more cost effective to do that.. than spend a lot of money on remedies ...

After treating with soap and with fungicide I removed all damaged leaves, but the new ones got damaged again.

Those pellets are about 0,3mm and after dyeing them with a few dyes and inspecting them with a microscope we arrived at the conclusion, that they are likely to be fungus spores - that's why treated with fungicide.

The used fungicide is safe for use on edible plants.

Pellets usually indicate caterpillars.

Pellets or welts/bumbs on the leaves? 2 different things...

Snails/slugs perhaps. Window paned leaves. Check soil. Looking at the under growth, looks like it's been hit pretty hard too.
