No chairs facing tv on shelf. Is it for kids to watch? I'd create a u shape around direplace. Let fp be its focal point. Then you have kid space near shelves. You can place two arm chairs with an accent table between them under the window as a separate seating area.

Is this much seating necessary in your room? How many people do you seat here on a daily basis. Does anyone care about TV? Its location would indicate not many watch or care about it. We need to know if it should actually be considered or not. Loveseats rarely work for layout or for practical seating. Even on the 3-seat sofa I bet most people leave the middle seat empty.

So you have some options. It depends on how many people use this room and how much seating you need. It looks like you have too many chairs, so subtract one if possible. Move the love seat to the wall, or get rid of it. The BEST layout is going to be the first. You have a sofa and four chairs. They are all centered around a rug. That is going to have the most seating, however if you want you can just do the sofa with one chair on each side and then put the love seat on the wall where the window is. It is probably your best bet. If people use the TV, you could turn two chairs to face the TV, i.e. were the love seat currently is. Otherwise there is no need for the TV to be there.

You have a wonderful, cozy family room. May I suggest adding a little color to the room, painting the brick an off-white and installing the TV over the mantel. Based on your photo I am not sure how one can view your TV in the current location. The photo below is a concept since there is no fireplace but the addition of color inside the bookcase you have would really pop that area. Placing the sofa on the far wall and the chairs opposite would open up your space. Not sure you need the loveseat in this room. Cover your accent pillows to complement the color you choose for your cabinets using different textures to add interest.
