Great advice. I have spent several years working with a professional arborist. I would say 98% of company's will do more future damage than bring future value to your home and lanscape.

Yea that's a leave it be sort of deal. If it does ever fall over it wont do much damage anyhow. Would be a shame to lose it prematurely.
