I would do a web search for "custom laser cutting" -- you may be able to find someone local to work with or not local that you can just work over email with.

I would suggest you just buy a room divider and separate the panels - see cost plus for a clover divider screen

I found a screen divider on wayfair.com that is similar if not identical. Would need to be painted.
